All 40 sites operated on several servers and accessed one central database for tracking of users and their answers to questions. I created the entire array of sites using the clients' graphics. The database I created contained rules, questions and text for each county in each state they operated in. After the user filled out some basic information, my database-driven logic would then ask whatever questions were needed to finish the divorce (or dissolution) form for that county or state. After my payment page finished a transaction with Authorize.net it would then provide all the customized divorce forms to the user with all their information already in the forms. Unfortunately, poor choices by one of the clients left him disbarred and me unpaid so I cancelled all work for them. It appears they have lost most of their domains and the few sites they do have are operating in test mode.

PIA-MidAmerica is one of the largest regional affiliates of the Graphic Arts Technical Foundation and Printing Industries of America in the United States. I maintain the database, created improved user login pages and most of the forms on the site.Update: The customer decided they had to have Joomla. Joomla (and other CMSs) do not work well when custom code is used. Joomla, Drupal and Wordpress are great if all someone wants is a cookie-cutter site.

Texas SkillsUSA is a non-profit Youth organization which facilitates Trade and Industry Education, enhances curriculum and involves all students. I have implemented many many changes over the past 5 years to the logic, reports, forms and database. With over 59,000 lines it's a complex site.For example, each chapter (school) can be in any of 4 modes controlled by both global and chapter specific dates. There are also 4 user levels.
Each student can be in any of 3 categories. The invoices must reflect correct amounts depending on the mode, user level and student category. One PHP page does the invoices live and in batch mode for all user levels, school modes and student categories. Sweet.
